Process
From kickoff to live. 4 phases. One promise.
Most agencies need a month to make a slide deck. We need ten working days to ship a real, working site. Here's exactly how we use them.
Day 1 – 2
Discover
Day 3 – 5
Design
Day 6 – 8
Build
Day 9 – 10
Launch
Phase 01
Day 1 – 2
Discover.
We kick off with a 60-minute video call. You tell us the business, the customers, the bottleneck. We audit what exists — your current site, your competitors, your brand. We lock the scope and write a one-pager that becomes the contract for the next 8 days.
Deliverables
- · Kickoff call (60 min)
- · Brand & competitor audit
- · Locked-scope brief
- · Approved sitemap
Client touchpoints
- · Kickoff call
- · Slack/email check-in end-of-day 2
Phase 02
Day 3 – 5
Design.
Wireframes first, then high-fidelity prototype. You see the full site as clickable mockup before a single line of code is written. Two rounds of revisions included; we lock the design at end-of-day 5.
Deliverables
- · Wireframes (low-fi)
- · High-fi prototype (Figma)
- · Design system tokens
- · 2 revision rounds
Client touchpoints
- · Design walkthrough (day 4)
- · Sign-off (end-of-day 5)
Phase 03
Day 6 – 8
Build.
Next.js + Tailwind. Integrations (AI chatbot, booking, payments — whatever your add-ons include). Content load. Loom updates at end-of-each-day so you can see progress without us interrupting you.
Deliverables
- · Production Next.js codebase
- · AI/booking/payment integrations
- · Content loaded
- · Staging URL
Client touchpoints
- · Daily Loom update
- · Staging review (end-of-day 8)
Phase 04
Day 9 – 10
Launch.
QA across devices and browsers. SEO baseline (meta, sitemap, Open Graph). Vercel deploy. DNS migration. Handover call where we train you to make basic edits yourself. Live by end-of-day 10.
Deliverables
- · Cross-device QA
- · Production deploy on Vercel
- · DNS migration
- · Handover + training call
Client touchpoints
- · Handover call (60 min)
- · First-week support inbox open
FAQ
What clients ask first.
What if scope changes mid-project?
Scope is locked at end of Phase 1. Change-orders are billed separately so we never miss the launch date — and you always know what you're paying for.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds are billed at the hourly rate. We've never had a project where two rounds wasn't enough.
What happens after launch?
We recommend a Care Plan (CHF 250/mo) for monitoring, hosting, and small edits. Without one, you take the codebase and run — we hand over everything.
Can I see work in progress?
Yes. Loom updates daily in the Build phase, sign-off check-ins at the end of each phase. You always know where the project is.
What if my project needs more than 10 days?
Larger scopes (custom AI agents, full platforms) take longer. We'll tell you upfront in Discover, never inflate the timeline silently.
