/ About
A studio of two, three continents, one surname.
/ Origin
21:7 is a Portuguese web studiorun from Switzerland by André and Sofia Cicerelle Moita. He's Portuguese. She's Brazilian-Italian. Together they ship custom websites for businesses across Europe, Brazil, and the Gulf.
They started 21:7 because they were tired of watching small businesses pay monthly fees forever for websites they didn't own and couldn't change. Pretty on day one, broken by month three, locked behind a vendor by year one.
21:7 ships the opposite: a real, working business engine on day ten, owned outright by the client. The same engineering stack the largest tech companies use, applied to small businesses that deserved this attention years ago.

Builds the systems that make a brand alive: the dashboard the owner checks at 6am, the AI chatbot that closes deals at midnight, the integrations behind the polish. Spent the last decade writing production code. Obsessed with shipping software that doesn't break six months later.

Cicerelle Moita
Shapes the language, palette and motion that make a brand feel inevitable. Previously led design at SummitBySC — shipped work for Licor 35 in Portugal, KDream One in Dubai Marina, GoGlow in Brazil and Wayne in Angola. Brings the editorial sensibility you'd expect from a fashion house, applied to small businesses that deserve it.
Three continents. One studio.
We work with clients across Europe, Brazil and the Gulf — and we've been doing it for years, long before this name. Sofia previously led design at SummitBySC, where she shipped projects like Licor 35 (Portugal), KDream One (Dubai Marina), GoGlow (Brazil) and Wayne (Angola). 21:7 is the next chapter — now with André building the engineering and AI side.
/ What we believe
Four rules we don't break.
I
Ten days or we don't get paid
We deliberately keep our schedule tight. One client at a time, full focus. If we miss day 10, you keep the deposit and the partial work, no questions.
II
AI is the unfair advantage
A static website is a brochure. An AI-powered website is an employee. We don't ship the first kind any more.
III
You own everything
Code, design files, content, data. The git repo lands in your hands on launch day. No vendor lock-in, no monthly fees disguised as platforms.
IV
Direct over polished
We tell you what works, what won't, and why. If a project isn't right for us, we'll say so — and refer you to someone who fits better.
