What are the payment terms?
50% upfront on kickoff, 50% on launch. Larger projects with AI builds can be milestone-staged on request.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Prices shown exclude VAT. EU clients are billed 23% VAT (Portugal). Swiss clients are billed VAT-free (B2B export/reverse-charge).
What's the refund policy?
Once the project starts, fees are non-refundable. We're committed to delivering a result you're happy with — and we'll keep iterating in good faith until you are.
Can I pay in EUR or CHF?
Yes. CH clients pay in CHF, EU/world in EUR. Invoice issued in EUR by our Portuguese entity; exchange handled bank-side.
Is there a discount for combining services?
Yes — combining Web + Social + AI in one engagement gets you ~10-15% off the total. Get in touch for a tailored quote.
