We collect only the data you give us, plus minimal analytics for site performance.

• · Contact form data — name, company, email, country, service interest, budget range, optional project description. Stored to respond to your inquiry.
• · Newsletter subscriptions — email address. Stored to deliver newsletter content. Free tier sends weekly; paid tier monthly.
• · Analytics — anonymous traffic data via Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
• · Server logs — IP addresses, browser type, requested URLs, retained 30 days for security.

We process data under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (when you fill out the contact form), and Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (anonymous analytics, server security).

• · Contact-form inquiries: 24 months from last interaction.
• · Newsletter subscribers: until unsubscribed.
• · Analytics data: 12 months (aggregated, anonymous).
• · Server logs: 30 days.

We use a small number of carefully chosen processors:

• · Vercel Inc. (hosting + analytics) — USA, GDPR-compliant DPA in place.
• · Cal.com (call booking) — open-source, EU/USA, GDPR-compliant.
• · Infomaniak (email + DNS) — Switzerland, FADP-compliant.

Under GDPR and FADP, you have the right to:

• · Access the data we hold about you.
• · Correct inaccurate data.
• · Request deletion (the "right to be forgotten").
• · Restrict or object to processing.
• · Data portability — receive a copy in a machine-readable format.
• · Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
